Case Highlights

CSC have a long-standing partnership with United Daily News, inviting scholars and experts to high school campuses and share their life experiences with young students.

The achievements and life stories of the lecturers are usually inspirational, and when students hear how the celebrities overcame difficulties and worked hard for their dreams, they will be more easily inspired and motivated to learn. At the same time, students will learn about the characteristics and challenges of different careers, which will give them the courage to explore the possibilities of the future. These sharing sessions will enable students to realize that there are many possible directions for future development and enhance their confidence in their own future. They will further reflect on their own lives and future development. Such reflections will help students set clearer goals and inspire stronger motivation for progress. The seminar has hold schools in Taichung, Chiayi, Tainan, Kaohsiung and Pingtung.

Because substance abuse interrupts teens from pursuing their dreams. In 2024, we worked with Department of Substance Abuse, Control and Prevention of Kaohsiung City Government for the first time to promote drug prevention before the seminar began and to strengthen the youth's knowledge of drug prevention.

The China Steel Corporation (CSC) has long-term sponsorship of music events, and has a long-standing collaboration with several cultural and artistic organizations in Kaohsiung, including the Baroque Camerata, the Kaohsiung Philharmonic Foundation, and the String Orchestra Beyond. Cultural and artistic events were held in Taiwan in 2024, with an attendance of 5,000 people.
