CSC has internal and external channels for people to file complaints. They can file their complaints by using the reporting hotline, complaint mailbox, and CSC website. Reported cases will be processed independently by the CSC Internal Auditor.
When there is a whistleblower case, the entire process will be kept confidential as a whistleblower protection system has been established. The files provided by the whistleblower will be encrypted, protected, and included in the internal control system.
The Internal Audit Office is responsible for accepting complaints related to improper conduct, such as grafts, frauds, actions that harm the interests of the CSC Group, and violations of company regulations.
With a view to safeguarding the rights of employees, CSC has set up grievance channels where employees can voice their complaints or if those complaints aren't reasonably taken care of through the administrative channels when their rights are violated or mismanaged. CSC's grievance rules and regulations can be viewed and obtained at any time on its internal website.

Other cases (REMARK: e.g. violation of admission guidelines or discipline at work, other than the cases specified in the above table.) were investigated, deliberated, and handled in line with internal operation regulations by due process, followed by enhanced promotion to all employees to strengthen their awareness of compliance with the Code of Conduct.
