Legal Compliance
- In order to comply with domestic laws and regulations and mitigate potential legal risks, CSC has established the "Rules for the Identification and Management of Amendments to Laws and Regulations" as an internal basis for internal legal identification, reviews, and verification.
- With the online platform of the "Regulation Identification and Management System," responsible departments at CSC keep track of the dynamics of domestic regulations on a monthly basis. They identify whether the amended regulations are relevant to internal operations, facilitate further updates to internal rules or standards as necessary, and initiate compliance verification by relevant departments when required.
- The Legal Compliance and Standardization Committee oversees the effectiveness of regulatory compliance, develops decision-making matters every six months, and reports to the Total Quality Management Committee for resolutions. Annually, internal audits and training are conducted to continuously optimize compliance practices. Additionally, overseas production bases also adhere to CSC's management system to effectively implement, integrate, and respond to regulatory changes.
