CSC adopts a zero-tolerance policy for illegal violations in the workplaces, such as workplace sexual harassment and non-sexual harassment, including verbal, physical, and psychological non-sexual harassment. Relevant regulations have been established, such as Regulations on the Prevention and Management of Unlawful Violence (Infringement) in the Workplace, Appeals and Punishments on Preventive and Control Measures for Sexual Harassment in the Workplace, Key Points for Complaint Handling, etc. Each department regularly identifies high-risk groups who are susceptible to illegal harassment in the workplace, carries out hazard identification and risk assessment of illegal violations in the workplace. If illegal infringement occurs in a workplace, the victim(s) should be protected, and the incident should be reported immediately, investigated, and reviewed for improvement. The victim(s) involved may also file a complaint according to the key points for complaint handling. We also provide psychological consultation or counseling to the victim.
