Horizontal Annealing & Coating Line (ACL) No.1 Annealing & Coating Line (1ACL) No.2 Horizontal Annealing & Coating Line (2ACL) Continuous Annealing & Coating Line includes cleaning, annealing,coating and trimming processes. Cold rolled coils are charged into two pay off reels on the entry side. They are welded to become a continuous strip by the welder. Strip is annealed in a horizontal continuous furnace including heating, soaking and cooling sections. The proper heating cycle is given according to steel grade, which provides the strip with necessary core loss . Then the strip is performed with different insulation coating material, various coating thickness, divided and packaged according to the customer’s requirement.
