Continuous Hot Dip Galvanizing Line (CGL) No.2 Continuous Hot Dip Galvanizing Line (2CGL) NO.3 Hot Dip Galvanizing Line (3CGL) BCold rolled coils are fed into two pay off reels on the entry side. They are welded, surface cleaned and then annealed in furnaces. After the strip coming out from annealing furnaces, it dips into zinc pot for galvanizing (for GI product) or heat up again for Fe-Zn alloying (for GA product). On the delivery side, coils pass skin pass mill and tension leveller. Finally, post treatment and (or) oiling are applied to the coils according to customer's request.
