Continuous Hot Dip Galvanizing Line (CGL) No.2 Continuous Hot Dip Galvanizing Line (2CGL) NO.3 Hot Dip Galvanizing Line (3CGL) The Hot-dip galvanized is manufactured using cold rolled steel sheets which is coated with a thin layer of high grade zinc on both sides by hot dip zinc coating process. The raw material after the process as welding, electrolysis or alkali cleaning, heating annealing and deoxidizing, the sheet is submerged in a vat of molten zinc which is over 460 degree C to coating with zinc on both sides. Then the sheet passes between a set of air knives where the excess zinc is blown off by high pressure air, to give a constant and uniform zinc coating weight in accordance with customer specifications.
