Smart Production Lines

The production department's smart production line utilizes data analysis modeling and dynamic feedback control, along with monthly progress review and tracking. By optimizing production processes, it aims to reduce costs, minimize energy and resource consumption to achieve green energy and carbon reduction, and improve material availability to enhance on-time ratio.

We plans to complete 28 smart production lines within three years (from 2023 to 2025) and 76 in ten years. Among these, the development of the digital smart temperature control system for the hot rolling plant's reheating furnace is expected to reduce energy consumption by 145 million kcal per year and cut CO2 emissions by 31,000 tons per year. This project received high praise from the judging panel at the 4th Harvard Business Review Digital Transformation Awards, earning the "Intelligent Manufacturing Transformation Award - First Prize" and the "ESG Special Award."
