Corporate Governance Officer
To strengthen corporate governance and enhance the effectiveness of the Board of Directors, the Board of Directors resolved on March 25, 2019 to establish the position of Corporate Governance Officer, and on September 10, 2024, approved the appointment of Mr. Kuan-Fu Chen, Vice President of the Corporate Planning Division, to serve in this role. The main responsibilities of the Corporate Governance Officer include "handling matters relating to board meetings and shareholders meetings according to laws", "producing minutes of board meetings and shareholders meetings", "assisting in onboarding and continuous development of directors and supervisors", "furnishing information required for business execution by directors and supervisors", "ssisting directors and supervisors with legal compliance", and "other matters set out in the articles of incorporation or contracts".

Internal Auditing
The Auditors Office of CSC is under the board of directors. The chief auditor reports audit performance to Audit Committee on a regular basis and attends the board of directors meeting to report the situation of internal control in the Corporation. The main purposes of internal auditing are to ensure the reliability of the financial reports of CSC group and to assess its internal control systems which are established in the principle of cross checking between systems to prevent human mistakes.
