    • Mr. Chien-Chih Hwang, Bachelor of Science in Economics of Tunghai University, Taiwan, serves as the Chairman of CSC since September 2024.
      Mr. Hwang joined CSC in 1985 and had successively served as the Representative of CSC Osaka Office in Japan and the President of CSGT Japan, both in 2006, the Vice President of the Commercial Division of China Steel Sumikin Vietnam Joint Stock Company in 2014 (renamed to China Steel And Nippon Steel Vietnam Joint Stock Company in 2019), the Assistant Vice President of the Commercial Division of CSC in 2017, the Vice President of the Commercial Division of CSC in 2018, and was appointed as the Executive Vice President of CSC in 2019. Mr. Hwang had also been served concurrently as the Chairman of CSCI Steel Corporation India Pvt. Ltd., and the Chairman of China Steel Global Trading Corporation. Currently he also serves as the Chairman of China Steel Chemical.
      Mr. Hwang has dedicated his career to the commercial sector, with deep expertise in both domestic and international steel markets. His sharp market insight and profound understanding of industry trends have earned him a strong reputation within the steel industry. Mr. Hwang remains committed to strengthening CSC's profitability and competitive edge.

    • Dr. Chien-Hsin Lai, Ph.D. in Soil and Water Conservation from National Chung Hsing University, currently serves as the Vice Minister of the Ministry of Economic Affairs. Dr. Lai served as the Director-General of the Water Resources Agency of the Ministry of Economic Affairs from November 2016 to March 2025, and was promoted to Vice Minister in March 2025.
      Dr. Lai possesses outstanding management skills and cross-disciplinary integration capabilities. He is dedicated to sustainable development, actively advancing Taiwan’s energy transition and carbon neutrality policies, and committed to assisting businesses in achieving a sustainable future.

    • Dr. Wen-Chung Hu, Ph.D. in Social Science from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University, New York, USA, currently serves as the Director of the Department of State-Owned Enterprise Affairs at the Ministry of Economic Affairs, R.O.C.
      Dr. Hu served as the Deputy Director and Acting Director of the Department of State-Owned Enterprise Affairs, Ministry of Economic Affairs, R.O.C. from September 2023 to January 2024. Since January 2024, he has been serving as the Director of the Department of State-Owned Enterprise Affairs at the Ministry of Economic Affairs, R.O.C., contributing significantly to strengthening the structure of state-owned enterprises, integrating resources, and addressing the nation's economic, environmental, and public welfare needs.

    • Mr. Shou-Tao Chen, Bachelor of Power Mechanical Engineering Department of National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan, serves as the President of CSC since September 2024.
      Mr. Chen joined CSC in 1985 and had successively served as the Assistant General Superintendent of the Rolling Mill Department II in 2016, the General Superintendent of the Rolling Mill Department II in 2017, the Assistant Vice President of the Production Division of CSC in 2019, and the Vice President of the Production Division of CSC in 2021.Currently he also serves as the Chairman of China Steel Machinery Corporation.
      Mr. Chen has extensive experience in steel production and is dedicated to enhancing CSC's manufacturing capabilities while proactively addressing to the challenges of carbon neutrality. His efforts have laid a solid foundation for the sustainable development of CSC.

    • Dr. Jih-Jau Jeng, Ph.D. in Mining, Metallurgy and Mechanical engineering, Clausthal University of Technology, Germany, serves as the Executive Vice President and Spokesperson of CSC since September 2024.
      Dr. Jeng joined CSC in 1992 and had successively served as the Assistant General Manager of the Iron & Steel Research & Development Department in 2013, the General Manager of Green Energy & System Integration Research & Development Department in 2015, the General Manager of the Iron & Steel Research & Development Department in 2018, the Assistant Vice President of the Technology Division of CSC in 2020, and the Vice President of the Technology Division of CSC in 2021.
      Dr. Jeng leads CSC in the development of Advanced Premium Steel products, artificial intelligence, and carbon reduction technologies, while also driving the upgrading of the steel industry of Taiwan. His efforts have significantly contributed to CSC's transformation into a steel mill that produces premium products and to the advancement of Taiwan’s steel industry.

    Representing Labor Union of China Steel Corporation

    • Mr. Chun-Sheng Chen, graduated from the National Taitung Junior College, with a major in Electrical Engineering, currently serves as the President of the Labor Union of CSC.
      Mr. Chen had been served as a technician in the Blast Furnace Maintenance Unit of the Ironmaking Department of CSC, representative of the Labor-Management Conference, representative in collective bargaining negotiations, director, and executive director of the Labor Union of CSC.
      In 2018, Mr. Chen was elected the 13th President of the Labor Union of CSC, and consecutively the 14th President in 2021. Mr. Chen also serves as a member of the Corporate Governance and Sustainability Committee of the Board of CSC, as well as a director of China Steel Recreation Co., Ltd. With his long-term dedication to the service of the Enterprise Union of CSC, Mr. Chen possesses extensive experience in labor-management negotiations and safeguarding labor rights.

    • Ms. Jung-Chi Chang currently serves as General Manager of the Legal Department of the Corporate Planning Division of CSC. She holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Intellectual Property Law from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C., and is a licensed attorney and patent attorney. Prior to joining CSC, she practiced at a prestigious law firm, where she gained extensive experience in corporate legal affairs. Ms. Chang specializes in intellectual property law, civil law, and procedural law, and is also familiar with the following fields: government procurement law, TIPS, ISO37001 anti-bribery management system and etc. She possesses deep expertise in corporate legal practice and has made significant contributions to CSC's corporate governance and legal compliance. Her work provides a strong foundation for the company's legal framework and risk management.

    • Mr. Shih-Kun Wang, CPA, has a strong professional background in accounting and finance, along with extensive practical experience. He previously served as Manager at Deloitte Taiwan and as a Partner at Li-yang CPAs. He is currently the Managing Partner of Li-yi CPAs and serves as an Independent Director of Air Asia Co., Ltd. Mr. Wang has been deeply engaged in corporate finance and taxation, with expertise in operational practices and financial planning across various industries. Mr. Wang currently serves as a member of CSC's Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, and Corporate Governance and Sustainability Committee. He supports the Company's efforts in promoting sustainable operations and ethical governance and is dedicated to enhancing the quality of corporate governance and strengthening internal controls.

    • Dr. Chia-Chi Lu is currently Associate Professor in the Graduate Institute of Accounting and the Department of Finance at National Central University, where she also serves as Director of the Graduate Institute of Accounting. She holds a Ph.D. in Accounting from National Chengchi University and specializes in financial accounting, auditing, crisis prediction, and text mining. Since 2022, she has served as Director of the Graduate Institute of Accounting at National Central University, where she is dedicated to cultivating students with both accounting and finance expertise as well as sustainability-oriented thinking, contributing actively to talent development for Taiwan's industries. Dr. Lu also serves as a member of CSC's Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, and Corporate Governance and Sustainability Committee. She has made significant contributions to the Company's governance and sustainability efforts.

    • Dr. Wan-Ru Yang is currently Professor and Chair of the Department of Finance at National University of Kaohsiung. She holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and is an expert in the fields of finance and economics. Dr. Yang is deeply committed to advancing academic research and talent cultivation, having made significant contributions to the development of financial professionals. Dr. Yang also serves as a member of CSC's Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, and Corporate Governance and Sustainability Committee. With her strong academic background and extensive experience, she plays a vital role in enhancing the Company's sustainability and governance quality.

    • Ms. Yu-Chin Liao is currently Secretary-General of the Taipei Bar Association and Partner at Wen Hui Attorneys At Law. She holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Northwestern University in the United States and specializes in cross-border investment and mergers and acquisitions, labor law, and fair trade law. Ms. Liao has long advised both domestic and international clients on cross-border investments, corporate M&A transactions, dispute resolution, and has extensive practical experience in the planning of corporate agreements and organizational restructuring. She has made a lasting impact on Taiwan's legal practice and policy development. She currently serves as Director of Taiwan Navigation Co., Ltd., and serves as a member of CSC's Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, and Corporate Governance and Sustainability Committee. Leveraging her legal expertise and practical experience, she makes important contributions to the Company's governance framework and sustainable development.
