Board of Directors’ meeting held on February 27, 2025 and approved the proposal of 2024 earnings appropriation as follows (subject to the approval of 2025 shareholders' meeting).
The proposed cash dividend for preferred stocks is NT$1.4 per share and cash dividend for common stocks is NT$0.33 per share.
Due to Tax reforms, Imputation Credit Account (ICA) and Tax Imputation Credit have been eliminated from the beginning of 2018.
