This line has two major products － ES (electrical steel) and CR ( color steel). In the production of ES, it receives annealed ES material coils from #1 CAL. Processes included are cleaning, insulation paint coating, paint baking and cooling. In the production of CS, it receives cold rolled and annealed coils from #1 CAL, #2 CAL or BAF. Processes included are cleaning, phosphating, paint coating ( primer and finish coatings ), paint baking and cooling.
