Establish Stable Partnership

Under the notion of partnerships, CSC actively helps contractors to enhance human resource structure and working conditions in order to improve working conditions of contractor's employees, and lower their turnover rate. Meanwhile, this also helps lower the risks of occupational accidents so that long-term partnerships can be fostered between CSC and contractors. When the contractors are being evaluated monthly, work quality and personnel management account for 45% of the total score. Rules and penalties for compliance with labor conditions are clearly established and before the monthly payment, contractors are required to submit proof of employee insurance. CSC adheres to the Labor Standards Act to adjust minimum basic wages, overtime work management and salary management, and requires contractors to submit proof of salary payment. Overtime hours and wages need to be registered to ensure that contractors are paying the salaries in accordance to the law. CSC cares for its contractors in such broad aspects so that they can, work with peace of mind and ultimately reduce turnover rate. During the “Outsourcing Strategy Review Meeting” held at the end of each year, CSC ensures that the wage level of its subcontracts is superior than the minimum wage stated in the Labor Standards Act. At the same time, CSC verifies the labor conditions every July to confirm through document review that the minimum basic salary and payment in lieu of annual leave given by contractor employers are in compliance with the Labor Standards Act and the regulations put forth by CSC. Any discrepancies with regulations need to be explained by contractor employers and signed by contractor employees.
