| DEVELOPMENT OF THE COMPANY | |
China Steel Corporation (CSC) established China Steel Power Corporation (CSPC) preparation office responding to Government‘s renewable energy policy. CSPC preparation office submitted Zone 29 potential wind farm development plan and got approval from Bureau of Energy in Oct. 2015. CSPC was officially established on 11th Dec . 2019 and introduced an experienced offshore wind farm development/management fund, Copenhagen Infrastructure Partner (CIP), as a shareholder later on. Now, CSPC is owned by CSC (51%) and CIP (49%). |

| BRIEF INTRODUCTION OF OPERATION | |
CSPC is now constructing Zone 29 offshore wind farm (ZhongNeng project) which locates ~10km off shore from Changhua coast with total development area of ~36.5 hectares. ZhongNeng project had been awarded 300MW capacity after MOEA’s Selection process in May 2018 and also obtained the establishment permit in Jan. 2019. In Feb. 2019, CSPC signed Power Purchase Agreement with Taiwan Power Company. CSPC will aim at ZhongNeng project’s connection of the grid and commercial operation before the end of 2024. |

| PROSPECTS | |
| In order to launch ZhongNeng project and comply with government’s Localization Policy, CSPC will cultivate and help to build up the local supply chain of the offshore wind farm industry in Taiwan. | |
