| BRIEF INTRODUCTION OF OPERATION | |
CEC is built upon expertise in mechanical, instrumentation, and civil engineering, specializing in the installation of electromechanical systems and water treatment solutions. Over time, we have expanded our services to include advanced environmental engineering projects such as air pollution control and combined heat and power systems. Today, our capabilities extend beyond environmental engineering to encompass raw material conveying systems, PV installations, integrated refractory solutions, biotech facility construction, as well as turnkey operations and electromechanical maintenance. Regarding overseas businesses, CEC has set foot in China and Southeast Asia for further businesses. |

| PROSPECTS | |
With the principle of “Stepping out of the CSC Group & Going Global”, CEC is undergoing a stable transformation to achieve sustainable growth. On the basis of its existing core engineering businesses, CEC’s long-term goals are to enhance EPC capabilities and create customer value by establishing a robust engineering lifecycle management system. In addition, CEC employs its professionalism in engineering to expand businesses in material and mechanical equipment trading and to carry on the responsibility to protect our earth through cooperating with CSC to develop air, water, and waste-related environmental protection techniques. |
