China Steel Global Trading Corporation (CSGT), a wholly-owned subsidiary of CSC, was established in 1996 with capital of NT$ 788 billion. As the core unit of the CSC's logistic businesses, CSGT plays a significant role in supplying industrial materials to group members for meeting the Internationalization and diversification strategies of the CSC Group.

CSGT has set up 9 overseas trading subsidiaries/representatives and 9 coil centers across Asia, the Americas, and Europe in recent years. By reinforcing overseas sales channels, CSGT offers local customers prompt services, expands the supply chain, and enhances added values to the products of the CSC Group.

CSGT provides trading and distribution services for the CSC Group. Not only is CSGT the sole export agent for steel and aluminum products of the CSC Group (such as CSC, Dragon Steel, Chung Hung Steel, CSVC, CSCI and C.S. Aluminium, etc.), but CSGT also successfully develops the markets of other industrial materials and equipment, such as stainless steel, chemical engineering materials, steelmaking materials, alloyed iron, rollers, machine equipment, etc.
