C.S. Aluminium Corporation (CSAC), established in March, 1996, was originally the Aluminium Production Division of CSC (former Taiwan Aluminium Corporation before taken over by CSC). In 1999, the Phase I Expansion Project of CSAC was completed and its capacity reached 122,000 metric tons p.a. In 2014, the Phase II Expansion Project of CSAC was completed in 2014 and therefore, its capacity and competitiveness in global market have been further enhanced. |

| BRIEF INTRODUCTION OF OPERATION | |

CSAC is the largest manufacturer of rolled aluminium products in Taiwan. Its major products include aluminium plates, sheets, coils, foil, wire rods, drops, aluminium alloy ingots, zinc alloy ingots, zinc anodes for electroplating, hot-dip zinc ingots, etc. They are widely applied in the transportation (vessel plates, automotive sheet metal, and transport vehicle bodies), building material (curtain walls, aluminium cladding, corrugated sheets, and Venetian blinds), food container (can bodies, caps, and pull-tabs), consumer electronics (outer shells and components of 3C products and lithium-ion batteries), mechanical (Semiconductor Equipment Parts, mechanical components and molds), and consumer goods (air conditioner cooling fins, lampshades, and laminated aluminium foil) industries. In addition to the domestic sales in Taiwan, its export markets include China, Southeast Asia, Japan, and a small portion to the U.S.A., Australia, and Europe. In response to the global decarbonization trend, CSAC has launched a low-carbon brand, “CACF” and successfully developed a series of CACF low-carbon products.
