The Organization and Staffing of the Auditors Office

The Auditors Office is under the board of directors. There are 1 chief auditor, 12 qualified senior auditors and junior auditors in the Auditors Office. The appointment or discharge of chief auditor is passed by the board of directors, and reported to the FSC(Financial Supervisory CommissionR.O.C(Taiwan)) by the 10th day of the month next following passage by the board of directors. The appointment and discharge, appraisal, salary and remuneration of the senior auditors and junior auditors shall be approved by chairperson, according to the company policy of “division of authority and responsibility for personnel work”.

In addition to reporting in regular board of directors meeting, the chief auditor also communicates with independent directors individually on a regular basis.
